WORK TIME
You can place your orders from 12:00 AM to 9:30 PM, every day.
REGISTRATION
To use the service you must register by completing the online electronic registration form.
SELECTION OF PRODUCTS
The products we offer are divided into categories. The system gives you a visual idea of the dishes offered, current prices and weights. When you have made your choice, press the Add button, which is located to the right of the product. Automatically after pressing the button, the product is added to your basket. This is the path you need to follow to place your order.
The basket contains all the products you have selected from the menu. From there you can delete a product if you want to give it up or add a new one before the order is sent.
SHIPPING THE ORDER
The order has been successfully shipped if you receive a call from a dispatcher to confirm the order/confirmation email. If you do not receive an answer - please contact at restaurant in Varna or Sofia, or with delivery partner - Glovo or Takeaway!
DELIVERY
The delivery of the ordered products is carried out by couriers of La Pastaria or Glovo/Takeaway!
Within 45 minutes, your order will be delivered to the address you specified./ depends on which part of the city/ During peak hours / from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m./ or on holidays, the delivery time may increase. If other unforeseen delay situations arise you will be notified. Please be understood! We will do our best to get to you express.
PAYMENTS
Upon delivery of the goods, you pay the amount due to the courier in cash or with credit card.
COMPLAINTS
When you receive your order, be sure to check the integrity and appearance to see if they meet the standards in the presence of the courier. If disputes or problems arise, the user has the right to send his objection to the indicated email: office@lapastaria.bg
