Replacement of customer cards

Dear friends,
due to technical reasons that occurred in late 2022 with our loyalty card program, we switched to a new points system. For this purpose, your current customer card must be replaced with a new one.

HOW WILL THIS HAPPEN?
* when you visit the restaurant, bring your current (green) card and state your desire to exchange it for a new one
* you will be given a form for your details and once completed and submitted you will receive a new (burgundy) card
* after 1 (one) week the points accumulated so far in your current card will be added to the new card
* you will also be given a bonus of 1000 points extra for the inconvenience caused and lost points due to the technical failure

DEADLINE FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE CUSTOMER CARD: 31.12.2023

    Very unpleasant experience with a ‘wrong’ bill and impolite attitude. Otherwise food was good.
